Ingredients
1 tbsp oil
10 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1lb ground chicken / beef
1 red onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp miso paste
1 1/2 cups vegetable stock
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp honey / maple syrup
1 tsp sesame oil
1 pkg @sunrisesoyafoods extra firm tofu, cut into cubes
3-4 green onion stalks, chopped
Instructions
Add oil & garlic into a frying pan over medium heat
Fry the ground beef until cooked, around 8-10 minutes
Add red onion into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes
Mix in rice vinegar, soy sauce, miso paste into the pan
Then add vegetable stock, honey, pepper, sesame oil
Grand finale - add tofu last. Cook for an additional 5 minutes
Garnish with green onions!
