Ingredients
Cake Layer:
3 1/2 cups almond flour
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup maple syrup
4 large eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Bake 375C x 25-35 minutes.
Whipped Cream Layer:
2 packages of Light Cool Whip
½ cup cocoa powder
1-2 tbsp icing sugar
Directions
Bake your cake layer by combining the first set of ingredients and bake at 376C for 25-35 minutes. Roll the baked cake and unroll it to get perfect pieces of crumbly cake
Create a chocolate whipped cream layer by combining 1 package of Light Cool Whip with ½ cup cocoa powder and use another package of plain Light Cool Whip as the second layer
Build your Chocolate Triffile starting with pieces of cake as your base layer and a dollop of your regular whip cream and another layer of chocolate whip cream. Add a sprinkle of icing sugar in between each layer and done! Enjoy!
