High protein / low carb bread

Prep time: 5 minutes - Cook time: 30 minutes - Total time: 35 minutes


Ingredients

1 cup tahini

4 eggs

1 tbsp honey (this is optional)

1 tsp baking soda

Optional toppings (white & black sesame seeds mixed with salt flakes)


Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients together and blend using a food processor or an immersion blender

  2. Optional: add a mixture of black & white sesame seeds mixed with salt on the top before baking

  3. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 350F
