High Protein Flagels

Prep time: 15 minutes - Cook time: 25 minutes - Total time: 40 minutes



Ingredients

Bagel dough (makes 4-5 bagels):

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 3 tbsp coconut flour

  • ¼ cup arrowroot starch

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1 + 1/4 cup plain, unsweetened 0% Greek-style yogurt

Topping:

  • 1-2 eggs, lightly whisked

  • Everything bagel seasoning

Directions
  1. Combine all dough ingredients and place into a Ziploc bag. Cut a large hole at the tip of the bag and pipe dough into circles on a lined baking sheet.

  2. Brush bagels with egg wash and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.

  3. Bake at 375F for 25 minutes and enjoy!
