Ingredients
4 eggs, hard-boiled
3 tbsp spicy brown mustard
1 tsp ACV
¼ tsp salt
¼ - ½ cup water
Directions
Peel and chop 4 hard-boiled eggs.
Measure 3 tablespoons of spicy brown mustard, 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar (ACV), and ¼ teaspoon of salt.
In a blender or food processor, combine the eggs, mustard, ACV, and salt.
Add ¼ to ½ cup of water, depending on your desired mayo consistency.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Transfer the mayo to an airtight container and store it in the fridge for up to 5 days.
