BBQ Grillin spice
Basil Lemon Twist

Onion Overload
1 tbsp oil
Instructions
De-steam the Kale and cut into bite size pieces and sprinkle with olive oil
Arrange on to a baking tray and add the 5 seasonings on to a small portion of the kale chips
Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes
