Ingredients
1 Ibs ground chicken
1 jar organic President's Choice marinara
Your desired amount of Healthy U Italian Spice
3 bells peppers
Mozzarella cheese (whole & grated)
Fresh basil
Directions
Preheat oven to 425F
Prep the meat sauce:
Heat sauce in a pot on medium heat
In a separate pan on medium-high heat, add a small amount of oil
Once oil is heated, add ground chicken and use a spatula to break it apart
Pan-fry chicken until no pink remains
Add cooked ground chicken and Italian spice to sauce, stir and set aside
Prep the bell peppers:
Slice off top of bell peppers and set aside
Remove leftover stems, seeds, and membranes from inside bell peppers
Place bell peppers in an oven-safe baking dish and stuff with layers of meat sauce, cheese, and basil. Once complete, cover with bell pepper tops
Drizzle extra sauce in baking dish and bake at 425F for 35-40min
