This creamy drink is loaded with fibre and vitamin C (immune boosting), and helps to cleanse your liver. By using the entire LEMON, you get all of the gut-friendly benefits, such as reduction in constipation, gas and bloating. You need this drink in your life!
Ingredients
1 lemon
1 tbsp fresh ginger
1 tbsp EVOO
1/2 cup banana (very ripe) or 3 dates
½ tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups water
½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
1 tbsp baking soda
1 cup water
Directions
Mix together lemon bath ingredients and place lemon in leaving for 10 minutes.
Remove lemon from bath and place in a high powered blender with remaining ingredients.
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
*Lemon can be cut smaller for blending purposes.
Watching the video, I’m going to assume the last two ingredients are the bath. Water & baking soda.
