Ingredients
5 chicken breasts Marinade
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
¼ cup lemon juice
4 garlic gloves, minced
1 tbsp dried oregano
2 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Toppings
1 Lemon, sliced
Parsley, chopped
Feta, crumbled
Directions
Place chicken in a large cast iron skillet.
Combine all marinade ingredients in a small bowl. Pour 3/4 of marinade over chicken, top with sliced lemon.
Bake at 350F for 40-45 minutes or until cooked through. Top with remaing marinade, parslet and feta. Enjoy!
