Lentil Chips

Ingredients

3 1/2 cups water

1 cup lentils

3 tbsp oil

1 tbsp salt



Instructions
  1. In a large pot over medium heat, add lentils, water, and 1 tbsp of oil. Cook lentils for 20-25 minutes, until al dente.

  2. Strain the lentils and spread them onto a baking sheet, lined with parchment paper.

  3. Drizzle 2 tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp of salt, mix the lentils until evenly coated.

  4. Bake at 425 for 30-35 minutes.
