Ingredients
1 ½ cups Greek yogurt, plain
3 tbsp maple syrup (skip if using Vanilla yogurt)
4 eggs
6 tbsp tapioca flour (or cornstarch)
½ cup melted chocolate chips (+ ¼ tsp coconut oil) - skip if you want a vanilla flavour!
Directions
Combine all the above ingredients and bake at 350F for 45-60 minutes, or until the top is puffed up and golden brown.
