Light Yogurt Cheesecake

Prep time: 15 minutes - Cook time: 45-60 minutes - Total time: 1 hour - 1 hour, 15 minutes

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups Greek yogurt, plain

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup (skip if using Vanilla yogurt)

  • 4 eggs

  • 6 tbsp tapioca flour (or cornstarch)

  • ½ cup melted chocolate chips (+ ¼ tsp coconut oil) - skip if you want a vanilla flavour!

Directions
  1. Combine all the above ingredients and bake at 350F for 45-60 minutes, or until the top is puffed up and golden brown.
