Monkey Bread

Prep time: 5 minutes - Cooking time: 40-45 minutes Total time: 45-50 minutes

Sweet cravings after dinner? This will be a winner for all members in the house. It has 2 main ingredients, mashed banana and almond flour! Almond flour is all natural + has 18g of protein per cup.


Ingredients

  • 5 ripe bananas, mashed

  • 4 cups almond flour

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen berries

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

  • Topping: white chocolate drizzle, 3 tbsp white chocolate melted with ½ tsp coconut oil

Directions
  1. Combine mashed bananas and almond flour in a large bowl. Set aside

  2. Combine maple syrup and cinnamon in a small bowl. Set aside

  3. In a bunt pan layer berries, with rolled balls of flour mixture, drizzled with cinnamon mixture. Continue layering until no ingredients remain.

  4. Bake at 400F for 40-45 minutes. Let cool and flip out of bunt pan.

  5. Drizzle with white chocolate. Enjoy
