1 lb ground chicken
1 ½ tbsp of Healthy U Moroccan Twist Spice
Alternative to Healthy U Moroccan Twist Spice
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp salt & black pepper
½ tsp cayenne
2 tbsp fresh mint
¼ cup pine nuts
1 onion, diced
1 cup cauliflower rice
4 tbsp Healthy U Roasted Cauliflower Turmeric Tahini Sauce
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to bowl
Mix and roll into sausage shapes
Add skewers and bake at 425F for 25 minutes
Serve with Healthy U Roasted Cauliflower Turmeric Tahini Sauce to dip
