One pan and full of flavour! This delicious dinner comes out juicy with a crispy top finish to please even the toughest crowd!
Ingredients
4-6 chicken thighs
1 butternut squash, cubed
Feta cheese
Cilantro
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup lemon juice
3 garlic cloves, pressed
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp 7 spice blend
Directions
Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and top with squash.
In a bowl mix together marinade ingredients and pour over top of chicken/squash.
Bake at 400F for 60 minutes or until chicken cooked through. Crumble feta on top and sprinkle with cilantro. Enjoy!
