These PB & Jam Frozen Dessert Bars are the perfect sweet treat, with layers of creamy Greek yogurt, peanut butter, raspberry jam, and chocolate chips to satisfy your cravings!
Prep time: 10 minutes Total time: 2 Hours (Includes Freezing time) Serves: 8 servings
Ingredients
1 pint raspberries mashed (frozen works too)
1 cup PB powder
⅔ cup premixed protein shake
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup chocolate chips
Directions
Mash 1 pint of raspberries (frozen raspberries work well too).
In a bowl, mix 1 cup of peanut butter powder and ⅔ cup of premixed protein shake
On a lined baking sheet or in a silicone mould, start by spreading a layer of the peanut butter mixture as the base.
Follow with a layer of the Greek yogurt.
Add a layer of mashed raspberries on top, and finish with a sprinkle of ¼ cup chocolate chips.
Place the dish in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the bars are fully set.
Once frozen, slice into 8 bars and enjoy!
