Philly Cheesesteak Skillet

Prep time: 20 minutes - Cook time: 5-10 minutes - Total time: 30 minutes



Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 2 red onions, thinly sliced lengthwise

  • 3 bell peppers, thinly sliced lengthwise

  • 1 lbs sirloin beef strips

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ cup provolone cheese, thinly sliced

  • 1 tbsp Healthy U Everything Spice


Directions
  1. Add oil, salt, onions, peppers, and beef to an iron skillet, on medium-high heat.

  2. Cook all beef and vegetables for a few minutes until beef appears brown and vegetables appear soft.

  3. Top with cheese and everything spice.
