Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt (I used plain yogurt, but you can also use vanilla for extra sweetness)
3/4 cup pistachios, roasted and unsalted / lightly salted
1-2 tbsp honey
Juice from 1/2 lime
Directions
Combine all ingredients (3/4 of pistachios) in a high speed blender until thouroughly mixed.
Pour into a freezer safe tray and place in freezer for minimum 8 hours.
Once ready to serve thaw for 5-10 minutes prior to scooping. Enjoy!
