Ingredients:
⅔ cup almond flour
¾ cup tapioca flour
¼ cup coconut flour
1 tsp salt
¼ cup water
¼ cup oil
2 tbsp Healthy U Onion Overload
Alternative to Healthy U Onion Overload
2 tsp minced onion
2 tsp granulated onion
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chives
More coconut flour while rolling!
Instructions:
Sprinkle some flour on the surface you are working on
Roll out and make sure to sprinkle with rolling pin and dough with flour to avoid sticking
Use a medium bowl, flip it upside down and use it to cut out a circle for the pizza pocket.
Fill with your favourite toppings!
Fold the pizza pocket in half.
Use a fork to press down on the edges of the pizza pocket to seal it.
Place the finished pizza pockets on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Bake at 425 F for 25 minutes.
