The ultimate combo for less inflammation!
Ingredients
2-3 cups pomegranate seeds
1 large white onion, thinly sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
½ tsp salt and garlic powder
4 eggs
Toppings: brie cheese, toasted pine nuts, thinly sliced fresh basil
Directions
In a large sauce pan on medium heat combine pomegranate seeds, onion and garlic. Sprinkle with seasoning.
Once onions are translucent make 4 indents with the back of a spoon and crack 1 egg in each.
Cover with a lid until eggs are cooked through. Top with toppings of choice and enjoy!
