Makes 18 small-medium pancakes
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups 0% MF cottage cheese
1 cup almond flour
1/3 cup arrowroot / tapioca flour
4 eggs
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
Directions
Add all ingredients + blend
Grease frying pan with oil (and then wipe down with paper towel) and cook on LOW heat, let it cook for 1-2 minutes, and then flip. This is the ultimate trick!
