Ingredients
2-3 cups fresh raspberries
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
Optional: melted chocolate + coconut oil
Directions
Mash raspberries with a fork and combine with chia seeds and maple syrup.
Add to a lined baking sheet and freeze.
Optional: Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil and drizzle over raspberry mixture. Swirl with a fork and freeze.
