Ingredients
1 1/2 cups dried red lentils
1 1/2 cups water
Optional toppings: 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic powder & Italian seasoning
Directions
Soak lentils in water for 90 minutes.
Blend both lentils and water, with spices if using in a high powered blender.
Pour onto a parchment lined baking sheet and spread until even.
Bake at 350F for 10 minutes. Remove from oven add pizza toppings and bake at 425F until crispy and cheese is melted. Enjoy!
