1 Acorn squash
Roast at 425F for 30-40 minutes
1 cup balsamic vinegar
Bring to a boil & simmer for 15-25 minutes!
Cut up the squash into wedges. Cut off the skin.
Lay on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drizzle with balsamic sauce and cooking oil. Bake!
Add feta cheese & parsley as a bonus topping! Enjoy ❤️
