We are talking FIVE ingredients, so easy and so yummy. No added sugar / maple syrup / honey. It’s all about using super over-ripe bananas. Oh, and the almond flour ramps up the protein content galore.
Ingredients
4 mashed bananas, super over-ripe is best
2 eggs
1 tbsp baking powder
2 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup toffee bits (Skor)
Directions
Combine above ingredients except toffee bits in a bowl and stir.
Scoop into a prepared muffin tin with liners. Top each with toffee bits.
Bake at 350F for 30mins! Enjoy!
