This sheet pan pizza is next level and I’m so excited about it! HIGH PROTEIN and so easy … and let me tell you it definitely satisfies any pizza craving. Yes, there is 6g of protein and 8g NET carbs per slice.
Ingredients
1 pkg cottage cheese (500g), blended
6 eggs
1 ½ cups tapioca flour
1 tsp sea salt
1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese (½ for pizza batter and ½ for toppings)
2 tbsp fresh basil, thinly slices
½ cup marinara
Directions
Combine cottage cheese, eggs, tapioca flour, salt, and 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese in a large bowl.
Pour onto a parchement lined baking sheet and spread evenly.
Top with marinara, remaining mozzarella and basil.
Bake at 400F for 30-35 minutes or until cooked. Enjoy!
