Ingredients:
2 cups Brussel Sprouts
2 Carrots, chopped finely
1 package Cauliflower Rice
1 tbsp Salt
1 lb Cooked Ground Beef
3 tbsp Healthy U Caribbean Spice
Alternative to Healthy U Caribbean Spice
2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried basil
1⁄2 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp Oil
½ cup Cheese
Instructions:
In a pan, add oil with brussel sprouts and carrots and season with salt. Sauté until soft
Add oil into cauliflower rice and blend until a smooth consistency
Add the Ground Beef into the pan with the vegetables and Healthy U Caribbean spice and mix well.
Once cooked, layer the vegetable/meat mixture at the bottom of the tray and add cauliflower rice on top. Sprinkle with cheese
Bake at 375 F for 22-25 min.
