Simple Banana Ricotta Pancakes

Prep Time: 20 min - Cook Time: 30 min - Total Time: 50 min

Ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt
2 eggs
2 bananas
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
Pre-heat oven 375°F
Mix ingredients together, and prepare in shape of pancake/cookie on a baking tray
Bake for 20-30 minutes
