Ingredients:
1 lb stewing beef
4 garlic cloves, sliced
2 tbsp ginger, crushed
2 tbsp maple syrup
¼ cup soy sauce
1 cup of water
¼ cup rice wine vinegar
2 cups carrots, chopped
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions:
Add all ingredients into your slow cooker and mix together.
Cook for 4-6 hours.
