Ingredients:
1 Spaghetti Squash
3 tbsp Oil
4 tbsp Healthy U Onion Overload Spice
Alternative to Healthy U Onion Overload
2 tsp minced onion
2 tsp granulated onion
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chives
Instructions:
Cut Spaghetti Squash into half and remove the seeds
Sprinkle on olive oil and Healthy U spice
Flip over on the baking sheet and bake at 425F for 30 minutes
