Ingredients List:
1/4 cup melted and cooled coconut oil
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups almond flour
3 tbsp coconut flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp Healthy U Vanilla Pumpkin Spice
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp allspice or cloves
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Add all the above ingredients into a large bowl and mix until evenly combined.
Scoop batter into balls and flatten gently. Add to a lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350F for 8 minutes.
