Ingredients:
8-10 chicken thighs
3 tbsp oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp honey
5 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp minced ginger
Topping: sesame seeds
Instructions:
Add chicken thighs into a ziplock bag. Try to push out as much air pockets possible!
Combine all the sauce ingredients and seal the bag.
Mix it together using your hands (without opening the bag!)
Let chicken marinate anywhere from 10 minutes to 6 hours. The longer it marinates, the more flavourful your chicken will be.
When ready, cook chicken with your desired method.
