Ingredients
Tomato Chicken Skillet:
2-3 chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp oregano
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
Garlic Basil Sauce:
1/2 cup garlic cloves peeled
1/2 cup oil
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1 tsp salt
1 bunch basil
Instructions
Tomato Chicken Skillet:
In a frying pan over medium heat, add oil, chicken, and spices.
Cook for 5-10 minutes.
Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the frying pan and cook until they are soft and mushy.
Garlic Basil Sauce:
In a blender, combine all the above ingredients and blend until smooth.
Once the tomato chicken skillet is cooked, add the garlic basil sauce into a zip lock bag and cut a little hole on one corner of the bottom of the bag.
Drizzle the sauce on top.
