3 chicken breasts, or 500g extra lean ground chicken
1 large egg or 2 small eggs
¼ cup parmesan cheese
2 tbsp caesar salad dressing
Salad
Romaine
Red onion
Parmesan cheese
Croutons
Caesar salad dressing
Directions
Combine crust ingredients in a food processor, pulse until combined.
On a parchment lined baking sheet press down crust until it is evenly spread.
Bake at 425F for 25-30 minutes. Broil for 60-90 seconds on each side for a crispy finish.
Meanwhile combine salad ingredients and once crust is cooked top with salad. Enjoy!
