Ingredients
1 rice paper
1 tsp sesame oil
1 egg
Topping ideas:
Green onion
Cheese (<20% M.F)
Chili flakes
Diced peppers, onions, tomatoes, etc.
Directions
Add rice paper to a heated frying pan (medium heat).
Let paper crisp up just a BIT, and add 1 tsp sesame oil.
Pour over a slightly mixed egg, and keep mixing until partially cooked.
Add any toppings you like, cut & enjoy! (Add a side salad for a veggie boost!)
