Zucchini Crisps šŸ„’šŸ§„

These 3-ingredient zucchini crisps are the perfect snack to satisfy those crunchy, savoury cravings!

Serves: 4 servings

Ingredients
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheeseā£

  • 1-2 tsp olive oilā£

  • 1 large zucchini, cut into thin circular shapes

  • Optional: garlic seasoning mixtures


Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400F

  2. Slice 1 large zucchini into thin circular shapes.

  3. Spread 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese directly on a baking sheet, forming an even layer.

  4. Drizzle olive oil over the cheese layer.

  5. Place the zucchini slices on top of the cheese and oil, arranging them in a single layer.

  6. Sprinkle with garlic seasoning or any seasoning mix you prefer for extra flavour.

  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until the zucchini is tender and the cheese is golden and crispy.

  8. Let the crisps cool for 20 minutes, as the cheese will continue to harden at room temperature.
