Prep Time: 25 min - Cook time: 45 min - Total time: 1 h 10 min
Ingredients:
1 zucchini
1 can tomato sauce
2 pounds ground beef, mixed with tomato sauce
1 container of Ricotta
1 cup Mozzarella
2 tbsp Basil
3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
Mandolin or slice zucchini lengthwise
Coat the bottom of the casserole dish with tomato sauce. Add sliced zucchini layer overtop
Add meat sauce, ricotta and mozzarella layer overtop
Continue layering until dish is full then top with basil, olive oil and more cheese
Bake at 425F for 45 minutes
