Ingredients List:
½ cup almond flour
2 medium zucchinis, grated & squeezed
1/4 cup fresh basil, diced
1-2 eggs
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp pepper
Cooking spray
Instructions:
Grate zucchini into small pieces and place into a bowl. Using a paper towel, soak up all the access water.
Add eggs, oregano, basil, garlic powder, almond flour, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
Spray a frying pan with cooking oil spray, over medium heat. Add the zucchini batter and shape into a flattened circle as best as you can! Cook for 6-8 minutes.
Cover the pan with a lid for an additional 3-4 minutes. Add desired toppings and remove from pan.
