This post puts it all into perspective, an all encompassing approach is the BEST approach to a lasting, Healthy U! 

While working in a clinical setting for over 10 years, I learned a lot from an outstanding multi-disciplinary team, including some sleep hygiene tips! 

I wanted to share the top 3 tips that have worked for me, see below:

😴 Set an actual bedtime! And create a bedtime routine (hot water with lemon, face scrub, and a good book!)
😴 Try to limit screen time at least 30-60 minutes before bedtime (UNPLUG from technology)
😴 Adding more activity to your day leads to deeper/better quality sleeps
