Nutrition focused Cooking Classes
Alissa offers hands-on and interactive 1-on-1 cooking classes that will address a specific health need. Clients across all ages will learn culinary skills that will empower them to cook dishes from scratch, and eventually prepare meals like a pro chef! Clients will also learn new ways to find healthy recipes, make recipe substitutions, analyze recipes and develop grocery lists based on healthy menus.
